I ask for 50% of the total amount as a deposit, the rest + cleaning costs on arrival.
I calculate 45,- reservation costs.

15,- Euro cleaning costs, if you leave it a little tidy.

Everything is included: Wifi / Bed linen / Towels / Tea towels etc.

I'm not fussy about check-in and check-out times. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome, and neither are children under the age of 12. In addition, there is a smoking ban inside.
